One Fit Mama™ provides mothers the opportunity to exercise while interacting and bonding with their children (and other Mothers). This is an incredible resource for new and pregnant moms, who sometimes feel isolated in their homes during this new stage of their life. Besides providing a great workout, group exercise has been proven to decrease the risk of postpartum depression. Participants also get an

individualized exercise program at a fraction of the cost of a babysitter or personal trainer. In addition, with the incidence of childhood obesity skyrocketing to epidemic proportions, One Fit Mama™ provides an excellent opportunity for adults to serve as active role models to children. One Fit Mama™ is based out of Oreland, PA, and offers classes throughout various Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Philadelphia Counties. Classes will begin in Bucks, Chester, and Delaware Counties in the near future. For more information, visit www.onefitmama.com.
