Ripple Finds Its Voice
(PRLEAP.COM) ATLANTA, May 8, 2007– Sometimes technology doesn’t behave as it is supposed to. When that happens, all someone wants is a person that can fix the problem, not a complicated voice tree that blocks them from a real, live human being. To make IT easier Ripple officially banned infuriating phone trees at their Atlanta headquarters and replaced them with NyEasha Kenner— the new voice of Ripple.
Ripple, Atlanta’s easy-to-use IT services provider, announced today that NyEasha Kenner joined the company as the voice of Ripple. “Friendly and compassionate, Kenner is a perfect fit with our company’s core value of making IT easy,” said Mike Landman, CEO of Ripple.
A native of the three-stoplight metropolis Eunice, Louisiana, Kenner transformed from ragin’ Cajun to Georgia peach. Ripple clients will soon begin to recognize Kenner’s genial voice as she answers service calls and promptly directs clients to support engineers ready to help fix the problem.
When not brightening Ripple headquarters with her smile, Kenner can be found doling out tokens at Chuck E. Cheese with husband Chris and their two toddlers Neveah and Nicholas. On the rare occasions Kenner is free to do grown-up things, she visits Atlantic Station for a slice, a movie, and a taste of something caramel.
