The Pride trucking facility is located at the Companies headquarters in Salt Lake City and provides a hub for truck maintenance, repair, fueling and re-distribution of loads. The 40 acre site provides parking and vehicle storage for over 500 large tractor tailers and driver vehicles. Beginning with an open field, work included determining existing conditions, resolving easements and property issues, designing effective traffic patterns, drainage studies, grading plans, utility plans and pavement design. The final design required design of retention basins, oil/water separator treatment and landscape plans.

In addition to site development plans AECI also designed a 18,000 square foot warehouse/office building for transfer and temporary storage of cross county loads.

AECI provided on the project technical design, agency interface and administrative support as required during the approval process and permitting process, final design and construction oversight.
