(PRLEAP.COM) Bahrani Distribution Corp., has been working around the clock to get caught up with all outstanding orders after their hookah retail web site, http://www.smokeandhookah.com, was down for nearly ten days.

The web site was originally hosted on servers managed by a Fort Lauderdale Florida company which failed to conduct server updates responsibly. Ultimately, this resulted in the downtime which forced SmokeandHookah.com to do a last minute move which was completed May 15th.

The hookah retailer relies on the web site’s technology to automate shipping, billing, and returns. With the site being completely inaccessible, only wholesale orders could be successfully processed leaving retail orders delayed for nearly one week.

With all of this behind the growing hookah company, SmokeandHookah.com is looking forward to the new stability of their web site along with a planned renovation and newly offered product line due to be released next month.

Bahrani Distribution president, Aaron Butts commented today, “This was something that was out of our control but we feel terrible that our customers’ orders were delayed due to this technical error.”

Since the web site was down for 10 days, the Bahrani president declared that SmokeandHookah.com would not charge for shipping on all United States domestic ground orders for 10 days. The offer will expire on May 28, 2007 and no limits apply to the offer regardless of order size and order minimum.
