She is offering Life coaching, therapy and counselling services learned in 20 years experience and excellent training by the Inner Compass International and their master coach Andy Harrington.

NLP has finally arrived to the Costa Tropical, Granada in southern Spain.
Nicola Westby who left 15 years of probation and social work experience behind in the UK has now become a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) after an intensive course with the reknown Inner Compass International in London. NLP teaches that a person can develop successful habits by amplifying helpful behaviours and diminishing negative ones.

Positive change can come when one carefully reproduces the behaviours and beliefs of successful people (called ‘modelling’). It also states that all human beings have all the resources necessary for success within themselves.

Described by coaches on the course as an "outstanding candidate" Nicola now
intends to put her new skills to practice here on the Costa Tropical. When asked how were the NLP techniques different to those learnt in her social work qualifications Nicola replied " these NLP techniques far surpass anything I have used previously. The
results for Family Therapy, relationship counselling and one to one counselling are reached far quicker and more effective than other techniques.
This is great news for the clients, financially and emotionally"
When pressed how this was possible Nicola went on to say " these techniques utilise the clients own resources and imagination to resolve unresolved issues, which may have limited their potential to grow in the future.
If I had used these techniques in my probation career our success rates would have been much higher. There is a place for NLP in everyones life, as a therapy, a way of life and a way to enrich your relationships with others."
