Coreland Companies Recently Awarded Eight New Leasing & Management Assignments in So. CA Totaling Nearly 1 Million SF

TUSTIN, CA - Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest privately held commercial real estate service companies based in California, announced today that the company has recently been awarded eight new leasing and management contracts for six shopping centers and two office buildings in Southern California totaling nearly one million square feet.

In San Bernardino County, Coreland Companies was awarded the management assignment for The Hub, a 300,000-square-foot shopping center located at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Tippecanoe in San Bernardino. The new shopping center, developed by Hopkins Real Estate Group of Irvine, is anchored by Sam’s Club, Elephant Bar and BJ’s Pizza.

In Montclair, Investec Real Estate Companies of Santa Barbara, Calif. awarded Coreland the management and leasing contract for Montclair East Shopping Center. Montclair East is a 135,576-square-foot shopping center located at Interstate 10 and Central Avenue and is anchored by Sportsmart, Ross, Office Depot and David’s Bridal.

“Investec has utilized Coreland’s due diligence consulting services on their Southern California acquisitions and we are thrilled to now have been awarded the management and leasing assignment for this newly acquired asset,” Hite noted.

In Orange County, Hopkins Real Estate Group awarded Coreland the management contract for their new corporate headquarters' building, the Derian Corporate Center in Irvine, an 110,000-square-foot, two-story building located at 17461 Derian Avenue.

Additionally, Coreland was awarded the management contract for a 7,200-square-foot building at Birch Street Promenade in Brea. Coreland currently manages five other buildings at the mixed-use center for the same owner.

In Los Angeles County, Coreland was awarded the management and leasing assignment for Angelus Grand Plaza, a 217,000-square-foot mixed use project at 3650 Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles. The property is anchored by Food 4 Less and Sav-on.

In Palmdale, Coreland was awarded the management contract for Palmdale Gateway Shopping Center, a 99,913-square-foot shopping center anchored by Vallarta Market and located at 1703-1823 Palmdale Boulevard.

In Santa Clarita, Coreland was awarded the management assignment for Seco Canyon Village, a new 41,853-square-foot shopping center developed by Hopkins Real Estate Group. Located at Seco Canyon Road and Copperhill Drive, Seco Canyon Village is anchored by Sav-on and Citibank.

Coreland was also retained for management by the new buyer of the Daniel Freeman Marina Medical Office Building, a 52,776-square-foot office/medical building at 4644 Lincoln Boulevard in Marina del Rey.
