DAWN PATROL RADIO SHOW DECLARES “DEATH WEEK” MAY 29-JUNE 1 PROMISES DEAD ROCK STAR MUSIC, FACINATING GUESTS, SEANCE

(PRLEAP.COM) (MAY 2007 Round Lake Heights, IL) Inspired by a new sponsor, a northern suburban radio host has declared “death week” May 28 to June 1st on his morning drive radio broadcast. The show runs weekdays Mon-Tue 6 am-9 am and Wed-Fri 5 am to 8 am.

Jovial Tom Stahler, host of the Dawn Patrol radio show at WRLR-FM 98.3, and streaming on the web at wrlr.fm anticipates a wild week as he spins music from dead rock stars, interviews colorful guests and has a live séance in the studio.

Stahler formulated his idea by signing new Dawn Patrol Sponsor, Strang Funeral Chapel and Crematorium in Grayslake and having been influenced in the past by themed radio programs. In this case it will be the entire, shortened, week, dedicated to the inevitable.

The guests scheduled to appear should prove very entertaining. They include Ellen Muth, star of the Showtime/Sci-Fi Channel dramatic series “Dead Like Me”. Muth plays George Lass, a young adult killed buy an errant space station toilet seat then faces an afterlife career as a grim reaper.

Chicago area author, ghosthunter, folklorist and proprietor of Chicago Hauntings Tours, Ursula Bielski will join Tom to discuss adventures in ghosthunting and is expected to make an announcement regarding a very special WRLR-FM Lake County Edition of the Chicago Hauntings Tour.

Stahler also plans a live séance, where he attempts to contact dead celebrities. In the past he has successfully contacted Rodney Dangerfield, to the amazement of his listeners.
