Washington, DC (May 29, 2007) — Washington, DC web development firm Blue Water Media (http://www.bluewatermedia.com) unveiled a new job search function for the local Nurse Practitioner Association chapter in DC (NPADC). NPADC (http://www.npadc.org) sought to make their website a better resource for its paying members and for the local nursing community as a whole by providing job posting services. In order to do so, NPADC came to Blue Water Media for its web development expertise.

Blue Water Media’s web development team was charged with the task of setting up a job posting section available to registered users only. Hospitals and companies requesting nurses have the ability to create a job posting and pay for the posting on a single page. Members can then log into their NPADC account and search job postings. Site administrators have the added functionality of editing job posting when necessary. The whole process is a simple, straight-forward process that enhances NPADC’s mission for local DC-metro nurse practitioners.
