Northshore Process Service to acquire Allied Asset & Recovery Inc.

(PRLEAP.COM) NEW YORK, NY, May 30, 2007 - Northshore Process Service today said it intends to acquire Allied Asset & Recovery Inc., a leading processing & investigative operator. The offices, combined with the NPS’ thousands of satellite offices globally, will form the core for the future rollout of a variety of new investigative & debt recovery services.

Allied Asset & Recovery Inc. operates 60 locations in New York, Chicago, Kansas City, Milwaukee, St. Louis and Pittsburgh. The transaction is expected to close next week, subject to the completion of a definitive agreement. Financial terms were not disclosed.
