Mayor Tom Miller honors DETAILS of FRANKLIN at 1st Anniversary

(PRLEAP.COM) FRANKLIN, May 31, 2007 – Mayor Tom Miller of Franklin was on hand to congratulate Carol Ann Young for her dedication and commitment to the community at the one-year anniversary celebration of DETAILS of Franklin, the upscale interior design shop owned by Carol Ann Young and partner, Charles McCandless.

“The dedication of businesses to our community here in Franklin make us a thriving community and we thank Carol Ann for her commitment to serving this community and congratulate her on her first year of business.” said Mayor Tom Miller.

Over one hundred people visited the store during the two-day celebrations on April 21 and 22nd. Among the many guests celebrating and brainstorming about custom window treatments, floral arrangements and accessories was, Debbie Ballard, of Brentwood and Kelly Von Ville of Franklin. “During this past year, the flower arrangements and the attention to every “detail” have made me a regular at DETAILS” said Debbie Ballard.

DETAILS became a dream come true one year ago for Carol Ann Young. Speaking with the guests, Carol Ann discussed how she became a designer over thirty years ago and how she got started at an early age by designing Barbie clothes. “By age 17, I was known for floral designs. Seven years ago I relocated to Nashville where I have been decorating beautiful homes and offices ever since and finally opened my own store, DETAILS.”
