Printer Diamond includes web-based system that allows software companies to upload and maintain documentation for different software packages, order packages consisting of CD(s) and manuals for production and shipping to clients as orders are received, track orders and review various reports. As on demand orders are submitted, Delta L's production team fulfills them within one business day. The new service includes creation of client front-end for software company's clients so that they could order manuals and CDs for software packages that they purchased directly from Delta L Printing.
