LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. - June 2007 - The owners of MasterCraft Inland Northwest today announced plans for their grand opening event slated to run July 2-7, 2007.

The MasterCraft Inland Northwest facility is co-owned by Wayne Sorensen, owner and president of Utah Water Sports, and Shaun Sorensen, a graduate of George Washington University's MBA program and general manager of the soon to be opened dealership.

"Our new state-of-the-art dealership sits on a three-acre parcel on the north side of Interstate 90 just east of Barker Rd.," said Shaun Sorensen. "After months of planning and construction, we look forward to showcasing the best that boating has to offer with our complete lineup of MasterCraft luxury, performance powerboats."

During the grand opening attendees will be able to see MasterCraft's award-winning X-Series, MariStar, and ProStar boats that range in length from 19- to 28-feet. Guests are also invited to explore perhaps the best inventoried pro-shop in the region with brands such as Liquid Force, Slingshot, O'Brien, Surftech, and O'Neill.

The opportunity to manage MasterCraft's Inland Northwest region, which covers from eastern Washington to northern Idaho, came last year when MasterCraft's corporate headquarters decided it would not renew its dealership agreement with the current Spokane area dealer. Based on Utah Water Sports' sales and customer service performance rankings, MasterCraft offered the Inland Northwest territory to Sorensen.

"Wayne and his team have produced nothing but record-breaking numbers for MasterCraft," said John Behling, MasterCraft's marketing director. "Sorensen's Utah dealership is ranked #1 in inboard boat sales in Utah, listed in Boating Industry magazine's Top 100 Dealers and is the sixth highest volume MasterCraft dealer worldwide. We are confident his team will bring the same skill, customer service and results to the new Liberty Lake dealership."

Although the MasterCraft Inland Northwest dealership will be a new experience for Wayne Sorensen, the area is not new to him as he has been enjoying boating in the region for years. "We have missed only one summer in ten years boating on the Spokane River," said Sorensen. "We absolutely love this area."

The new state-of-the-art dealership is located at 19651 East Cataldo in Liberty Lake, Washington. The grand opening festivities will run from July 2-7, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
