Shuster to Present Free Webinars on Internet Safety and Business Liability

(PRLEAP.COM) SAN ANTONIO, TX – Richard Shuster, Internet safety expert and owner of ShusterSolutions.com, is presenting two free webinars this summer in conjunction with the ForAccess.com and VAisBorn.com’s summer experts’ series. In June, Shuster will present, “Protecting Your Children Against Internet Predators.” In July, he will discuss “Businesses’ Lost Productivity and Liability When Employees Inappropriately Use the Internet on the Job.”

Shuster is an advisory board member of ForAccess.com as well as a multitalented individual with a passion for protecting consumers, businesses and more specifically, safeguarding children.

“Protecting Children Against Internet Predators” will be presented on Monday, June 11, at 8pm EDT, and again on Wednesday, June 13, at 2pm EDT. His information will address ways parents can safeguard their children while they enjoy the benefits of the Internet. He will share actual incidents which have occurred to children in a popular social networking site, in which parents had been unaware of the extent of their children’s involvement or exposure to predators. Following this presentation, information will be shared about the parent grassroots campaign, “Help Protect The Children.”

Then on Monday, July 23, and Wednesday, July 25, Shuster will address how your employees’ inappropriate use of the Internet can be a business financial liability. Shuster said, “The Internet is a great tool if used appropriately. However, when employees use it on the job to download inappropriate or illegal information or spend work time surfing the web, your business actually suffers.” Shuster will discuss ways employers can protect their business and minimize risks related to employees’ Internet activities.

Shuster is a technology guru, and has more than a decade of experience serving the technology needs of organizations. As a former IT business owner, he has extensive experience in the IT field, and offers a software program that allows parents to monitor their children’s activity on the Internet. In conjunction with his speaking engagements, Shuster is pursuing his Ph.D., in the mental health field, having recently obtained his Master’s in Social Work.
