PREMIUM MEMBER OF DUI DEFENDERS IN LOS ANGELES REJECTS IDENTICAL OFFER MADE TO PARIS HILTON AND TAKES DUI CASE TO TRIAL

(PRLEAP.COM) Kenton Koszdin, Los Angeles dui attorney, will start jury selection on a dui case at Division 60 of Superior Court Metro on June 5, 2007. This is the same exact courthouse where Paris Hilton was charged and finally sentenced for drunk driving. In that case, Hilton pled guilty to wet reckless.

Koszdin’s client (name withheld for confidentiality) was arrested and charged with dui with blood alcohol level of .09. The Los Angeles District Attorney offered a wet reckless, the same offer made to Paris Hilton and accepted by Hilton. But the client on advice of Koszdin rejected the offer and the trial will start on June 5, 2007 at Metro division. Koszdin expects the trial to last about 3 days.
