Raymond James Financial Selects iWave Integrator

FRISCO, TEXAS – June 2007 – iWave Integrator, a division of Skywire Software and leader in ITSM integration, announced today that Raymond James Financial, Inc. has selected its integration platform and adapters. The financial services firm, which has more than 4,650 financial advisors serving 1.6 million accounts, will leverage the iWave Integrator platform and its Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), CA Unicenter ServiceDesk (USD) and CA Unicenter Network and Systems Management (NSM) adapters to enhance the efficiency of IT workflow, continue to use best-of-breed applications and reduce downtime by automating service-call creation.

Raymond James will use the iWave Integrator platform to connect the three applications allowing MOM Alerts to initiate a transaction and create events within NSM and a service-call within USD. Updates are synchronized by iWave Integrator ensuring that information in all three systems is up-to-date. By enabling IT technicians the ability to become more proactive to system errors and maintenance issues, Raymond James’ goal is to reduce downtime and associated costs.
