Does Your Boss Make The Grade?

(PRLEAP.COM) Burien, Wash. - June 8th, 2007 — After noticing a trend in social America’s working class, specifically the inability to say anything about your boss without fear of repercussion, Spiff The Web set out to correct that problem. Spiff The Web has created a safe haven for those who want to tell the world what they think, but are afraid of the possible aftermath.

Spiff The Web has just launched an innovative new web site called Grade The Boss (http://www.gradetheboss.com). Powered by the people who use it and protected by the ability to post anonymously, Grade The Boss gives users a place to go where they can safely tell the world what they really think about their boss.

Grade The Boss is a user driven web site that allows users to post a wide range of information about their boss verifying from their boss’ name, professional title, and city/state to gender, age and even uploading a picture of their boss. Users not only have the option to post anonymously, they can choose to not even enter any information about themselves.

Using an intuitive search interface, Grade The Boss allows you to search for your boss by first or last name, company, city and/or state. This allows for users to not only find their boss, but to find any boss in their area or company. The eventual goal for this system is to allow users to find information on a potential boss so they know what to expect.
