Logistics Services Company Ardis Technology Earns Minority Business Enterprise Certification

(PRLEAP.COM) Saddle River, NJ June 8, 2007 — Ardis Technology Corp., a provider of Logistics/Supportability Services with a Core Competency in Customized Training, Technical Publications and Contractor Technical Services for commercial and military applications, today announced that it has been certified as a Minority-Owned Business by the New Jersey Commerce & Economic Growth Commission, (NJCEGC).

Ardis Technology became one of the 175 minority businesses registered since January 2007 according to the NJCEGC.

Ardis Technology sought its Minority Business Enterprise status because a number of government contracts are set aside for small, disadvantaged businesses and many large enterprises, including Fortune 100 companies, have established MBE programs that are tailored to work in partnership with minority owned businesses.
