Highlights of the program include world class athlete program design & implementation. Advanced Olympic weightlifting demonstration & technique will be featured. Techniques learned will not only apply to basketball and volleyball (their specialties) but will transcend all explosive sporting movements.
The National Strength & Conditioning Association will provide CEU’s for the Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist credential.
OC Register writer Kevin Ding said the following about this seminar: "If you know anyone who is a hard-core sports coach or really into sports training, you might want to get word out about Lakers strength and conditioning coach Joe Carbone’s June 16 seminar. We had a lot of great feedback on a column I wrote last season about Carbone as the man behind the man (he personally trained Bryant for more than eight years), and he’s teaming with a couple of other training gurus for this highly advanced seminar."
