INTERKAB, the cable management project division of ICM, have successfully completed a six figure contract for the management, manufacture and supply of MV and LV power, control and instrument cables to Stevens Croft power station near Lockerbie in Scotland.

The Stevens Croft Biomass Power Station is currently the UK’s largest Biomass Plant. The Lockerbie plant will provide approximately 70,000 households with a CO2-neutral supply of electricity. By contrast, if 44 megawatts of electricity was generated in a coal-fired power plant, over 150,000 tons of carbon dioxide would be released to the atmosphere.

Included in INTERKAB’s scope of work was the completion and manufacturing of the MV cables in 4 weeks.

INTERKAB and ICM have locations in Aberdeen, London & Dubai. For more information on our services and products contact sales@internationalcablemanagement.com alternatively contact us at out International Head Quarters on ++44 (0) 1224595644
