A WORKOUT FOR ST. JUDE EVENT TO RAISE FUNDS FOR ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL

(PRLEAP.COM) PHOENIX, AZ - A Workout for St. Jude event benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will be held at Phoenix Women’s Fitness and Speciale Spa on 06/23/07 in Phoenix, AZ. The Volunteer Coordinator for this event is Ms. Debie O’Mara, who encourages everyone to participate.

By participating in or attending the event, you will help raise funds for children of the world who are stricken with diseases like cancer, AIDS, and Sickle Cell Anemia. These funds will help St. Jude in its ongoing fight against childhood cancer and other catastrophic diseases.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is internationally recognized for its pioneering work in finding cures and saving children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. Founded by the late entertainer, Danny Thomas, and based in Memphis, Tenn., St. Jude freely shares its discoveries with scientific and medical communities around the world. No family ever pays for treatments not covered by insurance, and families without insurance are never asked to pay. St. Jude is financially supported by ALSAC, its fund-raising organization, through events such as Workout for St. Jude.

Phoenix Women’s Fitness and Speciale Spa also invite you to their Grand Re-Opening and Open House from 9 am to 1 pm. There will be face painting, balloon twisting and a Moon Walker for children 12 and under. Also, in attendance will be Noevir of Japan, specializing in all natural-to-the-skin skincare, nutritional & body care products. They will be here to train in how to give yourself a Shiatsu Facial Massage and also show you how to save money on one of the 50 top National Companies in the world.

If you are interested in participating or making a donation, please call Ms. Debie O’Mara @ 602-242-7546. For more information on St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, please visit http://www.stjude.org
