Herndon, VA July 14, 2004 Tri KASS Interiors, Inc. (TKI, Inc.) revealed it had completed a space planning and furniture specification contract for Warner Brothers (Warner Bros.) Entertainment in Burbank, California. TKI's principal interior designer Peter Triantafyllos was the lead facilities programmer/designer for this project, operating under the company's former name of Triantafyllos Design Group. Mr. Triantafyllos was involved in the full scope of the project involving reviewing space plans and writing generic specifications for systems to be purchased.

TKI, Inc. principal Peter Triantafyllos was hired by the facilities manager at Warner Bros. to do the interior design of 11 new production buildings in the Warner Bros.' Burbank lot. The production buildings that were not yet build would eventually house the support staff offices where Warner Bros.' creative and production personnel will be housed. Each building would have two stories with a combined total space of 39,424 sq. ft. of operating office space for all the buildings. When completed the eleven buildings will have a total of 159 private offices and will be supplied with 109 workstations.

At the start, Mr. Triantafyllos was confronted with a major challenge in that Warner Brothers had a very limited furniture budget. Having to work within the tight fiscal constraints established by Warner Bros. but yet wanting quality solid furnishings, Mr. Triantafyllos used his extensive furniture contacts to research the best system applicable to this need.

To work out the best solution, Triantafyllos turned to his highly respected industry colleague Robert Schad, president of Crest Office Furniture in Sun Valley, California. The optimal choice developed was to use furnishings with no panels in mostly a free standing furniture mode. Also, Mr. Schad recommended providing Hon free standing desks with right hand and left hand returns for the open bay areas. Furthermore, knowing how important comfortable seating is for visitors, he found a creative method to provide their client with sofas in each of the private offices which was an unexpected bonus for Warner Brothers.

The solution provided by Triantafyllos and Schad fit precisely with the Warner Bros.' budget and offered an efficient work environment for the writers and other production people in which to operate. Warner Brothers praised Triantafyllos and Schad for their creative solutions.
