RTIconnect Adds Back Office Link to Radiant POS

(PRLEAP.COM) ATLANTA — RTI (Restaurant Technology, Inc.), a leading provider of back office systems for quick-service restaurants, has announced the release of a new interface to the Radiant POS system.

This interface was developed at the request of several Arby’s franchisees who use the Radiant point-of-sale for their store transactions, and wanted to consolidate back office functions with RTIconnect. The interface allows the restaurants to import their POS data directly into RTIconnect, so that consolidated sales and operational results can be reviewed and acted upon by any authorized user in the franchisee’s organization.

“By continuing to add POS interfaces as they are requested by RTIconnect clients, we enable the franchisee to implement a ‘best of breed’ POS/back office solution that is really tailored to their specific operational needs,” said Greg Waddell, RTI’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “Even when multiple POS systems are deployed in the same franchise—often as the result of ownership changes through acquisition—RTIconnect can provide a standardized view of company results,” he added.

The RTIconnect back office system currently interfaces with more than 30 different POS systems, including most of the major quick-service POS providers. Additional integration points include accounting systems, payroll providers, time clocks, and vendor/ordering partners.
