Magnetic Adds Karen Price, Catherine Sampson to its Growing Team

(PRLEAP.COM) TAMPA, Fla. – (June 22, 2007) – In response to the demand created by its growing client base, Magnetic, a full-service Web development firm celebrating its 10th anniversary, has added Karen Price as Account Manager and Catherine Sampson as Junior Account Manager.

Price and Sampson, both of whom bring extensive project management and customer service skills to Magnetic, are responsible for managing client relationships, including overseeing all aspects of project coordination to ensure projects are completed to the client’s satisfaction.

Prior to joining Magnetic, Price was managing partner at Reaching Peak in Tampa, where she managed accounts and projects, designed and developed Web sites and managed web-based application development, including client SEO services. Previously, she held technical marketing and product manager positions at Exostar in Herndon, Va., eMerge Interactive in Sebastian, Fla., and CommerceQuest in Tampa.

Price holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in public relations from the University of South Florida in Tampa, where she also earned a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems.

Sampson was previously a coordinator at Verizon in Tampa, where she managed FTTP projects with a focus on quality assurance. She also held research, quality assurance and technical support positions at Thompson Financial in New York.

Sampson holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences from Fordham University in New York and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
