IPEX TV announces the launch of 'IPEX kids' at New York Licensing Show

New York City, USA, June 21st 2007 – IPEXCO INC., operator of the leading B2B E-commerce marketplace dedicated to multiplatform video programmes, announced today the addition of IPEX kids to the IPEX TV platform, a dedicated service to the kids TV, DVD and digital media licensing industries.

Coming on the heels of the launch of IPEX TV at MIP TV in Cannes back in April 2007, IPEX kids, is a web-based B2B lead generating tool for the acquisition of children’s programming rights. IPEX kids will provide the stakeholders of the kids licensing sector with an integrated set of marketing tools to showcase their properties using trailers, sell sheets, and product descriptions, in a B2B space used by worldwide acquisition and licensing executives registered for the service.

“The feedback we have received for numerous buyers and distributors in recent months has led us to create this unique space for the children’s market within IPEX TV, IPEX kids . Its clear the kids market operates a little differently than say the documentary or television movie sector. We signed up for IPEX TV with about fifty titles before it went live in April, to test a variety of films, documentary and lifestyle series, as well as a few of our children’s properties.
