KBML upgrades to pinnacle version 5.91

The Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure is responsible for safeguarding and promoting the public welfare by ensuring that licensure qualifications and standards of medical and osteopathic physicians are met and that appropriate disciplinary action is taken when violations of the Medical Practice Act occur.
