Webbifi Creates Custom Customer Relationship Management System for Retail One

Atlanta, GA – June 30, 2007 – Webbifi, a national IT consulting and technology services company, has completed the development of a new web-based customer relationship management system for Retail One, a supply chain management company servicing retailers and manufacturers nationwide. The Integrated Retail Management Application (IRMA), as Retail One calls it, is a unique distributed retail management application accommodating complete communication and synchronization from the retailer to every organization partnered in realizing the vision.

IRMA gives Retail One's clients and employees the ability to track programs, general operations, locations, and finite tasks. Other notable features are its dynamic, user-driven report creation with automated, asynchronous execution; flexible abstraction, allowing data import and export in many external environment formats; multi-associative file attachment storage and pinning; and revolutionary tokenized session security. The system, built on top of Microsoft’s SQL Server 2005, using Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft C#, .NET 2.0 framework, is completely designed from the ground up. At its heart is Adaptive Context Technology, which can handle the distinct processes, terminology, and data-tracking needs of any retailer.
