PRLEAP.COM) Forget suburban barbeques with over grilled burgers in rainy backyards. Foodies everywhere can follow their noses and discover the secrets of real barbequing at The American Museum In Britain near Bath. On Saturday 18th August 2007 from 10.00am – 4.30pm, culinary celebrity chef Colin Capon gives his Introduction to American Barbeque.
This seminar, introducing participants to American style BBQ (From Memphis to Texas), will include marinades, wet rubs, dry rubs, and other cooking techniques such as slow cooking (smoking), different fuels and equipment resources. An expert in safe and healthy cooking, Chef Capon is the captain of the British BBQ Team, gold medal winners at the European BBQ Olympics and international winners of the 2005 Jack Daniels World Invitation BBQ Championships. Delegates can expect a rather tasty lunch of course!
