Breshears & Ghianni Builders Corp. of Poway, California is the developer of the project.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for this 46,000 square foot, two-story speculative office building, including a central core with elevator, lobby and central staircase. An exterior courtyard/plaza area with water feature completes the office environment.
