Founded in 1982, Southeast ID, whose new site is located at http://www.southeastidcard.com, is a privately held corporation with offices in both Florida and New York and corporate headquarters in Deerfield Beach, FL. Throughout the 80’s and 90’s, Southeast Laminating was one of largest Polaroid distributors in the country providing film based ID systems and supplies. Today, it is only one of a handful of companies with the ability to manufacture ID card inserts on-location in it production facility complete with printing presses, die cutters and commercial laminating machines.

Upon the introduction of digital ID solutions in the late 90’s, the company responded to the changing needs of the market, shifted its focus to digital ID and subsequently changed its name to Southeast ID in 2004. To meet the demands of a digital world, the company created and staffed in-house technical support and graphic design departments.
