Berkeley, CA (PRLEAP) May 31, 2005 — Macmine.com, an up and coming macintosh news site has announced the release of it's new VOIP service that will go head to head with such leaders as Vonage and Packet8. The product will be available to the general public in both the United States and Canada within the coming month.

Macmine.com, the site behind the new VOIP venture will not bear the site's name, but instead a yet to be decided name. The company will cater to younger and technology friendly users and specifically macintosh users. The company will offer prices that match the prices of Vonage, but will surpass them feature wise offering US and some Canadian numbers and Call Waiting among other features for free. Most of our international rates to South America beat those of Vonage and Belkin's Everywhere.net. Unlike Belkin we provide our service to not only almost all of the US states, but also Canadian Provinces.
