(PRLEAP.COM) STATE COLLEGE, PA, July 9 – Good Steward Software, LLC announced today that due to record-setting sales, it has moved to new headquarters. The new site, located at 110 Radnor Road in State College, PA, is double the size of the former space.

According to Steve Heinz, the company president, “Our sales are up 40% this year compared to the same period last year. With that kind of growth, expanding was necessary to continue the tradition of industry leadership and excellence that we started over 25 years ago.”

Good Steward Software publishes the best-selling EnergyCAP energy management software, which is used by over 800 clients for energy tracking, auditing, utility bill payment processing, energy management reporting and more.

Heinz credits the increase in sales to two factors: the rising energy prices, which make energy tracking software more cost-effective than ever; and the upcoming greenhouse gas tracking and reporting module that is generating a high level of interest, particularly among municipal and university markets.

Expanding even more, Good Steward Software expects to reach the 1,000-client mark in 2008.
