WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR FRESH PAC

Otay Mesa, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s San Diego office is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun for Fresh Pac, located at 1476 Corporate Center Drive in Otay Mesa, California. This project is being developed by So Cal Ag Properties, Inc. of Oceanside, California.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural and interior design services for this 30,000 square foot build-to-suit office and warehouse facility for Fresh Pac, a Produce wholesale and distribution company. The building includes a 3,000 square foot, two-story office space along with a 27,000 square foot warehouse and distribution area, housing both cold and dry storage facilities.

The Fresh Pac facility is estimated to be complete by November 2007. TFW Construction Inc. of San Diego, California is serving as the General Contractor for the project.
