For software to be termed "On-demand", it must meet three criteria:

1. Self managed - the customer can set up and control the use of the product internally for staff or volunteers and externally for donors and visitors.
2. No training required - training is offered as an option, however, the system has been built with wizards, on-line help and lots of user hints.
3. Pay as you go price model - with our simple sign up and a menu of choices you pay for only what you need when you need it.
