City of Industry, CA (May 2005) – Broadax Systems Inc. has introduced a new model into its lineup of Notebook Computers. The NP-3880 boasts a 15.4” WXGA active matrix wide screen LCD with a super clear glossy surface, dual channel DDR2 533/400 MHz and a Pentium M processor. This notebook eliminates the hassle of cables, cards and antennas. The Intel Centrino mobile Technology brings you new freedom and greater flexibility. Have wireless freedom with the integrated 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN. This notebook is ideal for productivity and entertainment on the go.

The standard equipment on the NP-3880 notebook is an Intel Pentium M 1.7GHz processor and 256MB 533MHZ / 400MHz DDR2 (expandable up to 2048). Also a 40GB hard drive is standard, but can be upgraded to 60GB or 80GB. A CD-RW/DVD combo drive is outfitted in the notebook along with an integrated CMOS Video Camera and a 4-in-1-card reader. The NP-3880 has 3 USB ports, 1 IEEE-1394A port, 1 Serial Port, 1 Infrared Port, RJ-45 and RJ-11. Also included is a Smart Li-ION Battery and a carrying bag. There is also an option to add an external Floppy Drive.

The AC adapter is auto switching from 110/220V and the standard Operating system is Windows XP Home Edition but you have the choice to upgrade to Windows XP Professional or Windows 2000 Professional. The NP-3880 is back with our One Year Parts & Labor Limited Warranty, but you also have the option of a 2 or 3 year extended warranty plan.
