Charity Phones provides a unique tool to aid charities in fund-raising through promoting a competitively priced range of mobile phone packages on Pay As You Go and Pay Monthly, with donations of up to £125.

Following on from the success of their partnership with Marie Curie Cancer Care, Charity Phones, owned by UTel Communications Ltd, provides a service to charities allowing them to offer a range of mobile phones linked to a purchase triggered donation.

The primary sales channel is via a website, designed specifically with charities and fund raising in mind which can be customised for each partner charity. The partner charity is encouraged to market the service as an extension of their existing fund raising activities. The service allows individual sites to reflect the key messages of their charity.

At present there is no other charity specific website in the UK where donations could potentially represent significant source of income with a relatively low number of unit sales, making the Charity Phones service uniquely placed.
