Evans Cycles chooses Pavilion

Pavilion Insurance, the specialist bicycle insurance operator, announces the commencement of a three year agreement to provide Evans Cycles with a fully branded, bespoke insurance policy. The policy will be marketed under the name Evans Cycles Insurance and delivered via a dedicated website and through Pavilion’s call centre on the dedicated number 0870 164 4022.

The policy features a maximum bicycle value of £10,000 and a lowered age criterion which makes it suitable for children aged 10 upwards.

Thanks to Pavilions ISIS software, completion of the project took just 8 weeks. Evans Cycles Insurance customers are able to transact all aspects of their policy online, from change of address and bicycle details, upgrade of policy options right through to instant online renewal.
