Grant from AT&T. Foundation founder and chairperson Elisa Rodriguez Gordon also announced strategic partnerships with Foundation for the Carolinas, Phillip Morris USA and Hispanics in Philanthropy.

The official presentation of the LACC Foundation was held July 18th in conjunction with the 10th Anniversary for the Charlotte Latin American Chamber of Commerce, and its new President Cecilia Ramirez. The event was held at Charlotte City Club with a who’s who guest list of Charlotte notables.

The LACCC Foundation is linked to the Latin American Chamber of Commerce and shares most of the Board of Directors as well as office space on the Biz Hub at the Main CPCC Campus.
To fulfill our mission, the LACCC Foundation requests corporate, private foundation and public support while building and strengthening alliances with our education partners. We also provide mentoring, networking and internship opportunities to ensure the success of all our candidates. In addition, the LACCC Foundation will provide scholarships for entrepreneurs of any age to start a business and assist through the start up phase of operations.
