Esporta Sheffield is top national leisure and fitness centre

Esporta Sheffield has been voted Esporta’s best leisure and fitness centre in the UK, based on feedback from its thousands of customers. Since opening ten years ago Esporta Sheffield has consistently achieved a retention level of over 70%, which is unprecedented for most establishments in the sector.

Alistair Kennedy, general manager of Esporta Sheffield, said: “The customer experience is everything and we have been working hard for 10 years to get it right, keep it right, and make continuous improvements that will add to people’s enjoyment and relaxation at Esporta Sheffield. Many of our members who joined us 10 years ago are still with us; over 70% of people choose to extend their membership beyond the 12 month contract period, and many people who have lapsed their membership over the years ultimately decide to come back to us.”
