Princeton Windrows Hosts “Trends in Cardiac Rehab” Seminar

Princeton, NJ — Learning the latest tips for staying healthy after a heart attack or with a heart condition is the topic of “Trends in Cardiac Rehab.” The free and open-to-public seminar will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 26 at Princeton Windrows active adult community at 2000 Windrow Drive in Princeton. Rogelio Pine, MD, FAC and medical director of cardiac/pulmonary rehab at Princeton HealthCare System and Geralyn Karpiscak, RN, MSN and nurse manage at cardiac/pulmonary rehab and diabetes management at Princeton Healthcare System will lead the presentation. They will provide a range of information, including trends, technology and the future for cardiac rehab, along with general exercise guidelines for older adults and facts and information from the President’s Council Meeting on cardiac health.
