Italian Charm Fundraiser Business Launched – Is This The Next Pet Rock?

Italian charms are more than just a small souvenir gift item to a small Colorado company. They are a way to help others with fundraising events and also to help individuals earn well needed money by offering part time, flexible jobs through hosting small home charm parties.

The Colorado based business appropriately titled, “Now, Isn’t This Charming” is also home of the original “Italian Charm Of the Month Club” in which $5.00 from every annual membership fee is donated to various charities. When applying for a membership, a questionnaire is filled out in order to help become better acquainted with your personality for the monthly charm selections. At that time, you can choose your cause for the $5.00 donation to be sent to whether it be a large foundation or a small local organization.

This small Colorado homegrown company hopes to blossom from a thoughtful idea to help others into a potentially booming business that meets the company’s simple goal of “helping others”.

“We chose to capitalize on the current trend of the popularity of Italian charms and take it up one more level. Instead of just selling the charms in malls and gift stores, why not offer them as fundraiser items! If only we had thought of the “pet rock of the month club” and done pet rock fundraisers back in the 70’s, imagine the enormous impact that could have made for fundraising efforts!”

Originally, the main target group of the fundraiser's was geared toward female high school and college groups. Since the bracelets can be adjusted for large and small wrists, they are becoming extremely popular among adults and children as well, and are great items for fundraisers for both schools and churches alike. The Italian Charm Key rings also open the door for males to join in this phenomenon.

The Italian charms range from silly to sincere, precocious to purposeless, Louis Vuitton purses (this is one way to wear a Vuitton on your arm!) to something as simple as “I love my dog”. For those folks that feel that they will be missing out on the ordinary fundraisers of chocolate bars, pizza’s and cookie dough, well, they offer those charms as well!
