Industrial Hemp Documentary by CNN Survives 13 years after Plowing Under

Christopher Boucher who managed the industrial hemp field at the USDA research center in Imperial County, California when it was plowed under, said "finding this CNN hemp documentary shows you can grow hemp with out any problems and make a good profit". "We can only import hemp food and clothing from foreign countries, California farmers are loosing $300-$500 million according to the latest national health food study by Mike Green of CDS consulting in 2006. Boucher goal is to bring the CNN Industrial Hemp documentary to Sacramento and show Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger the Imperial Valley research center would benefit the whole State. Industrial Hemp will bring together farmers and industry according to Boucher.

Texas Presidential candidate Ron Paul who favors industrial hemp said, "industrial hemp will help America's family farmers many who are at a all time foreclosure on their homes and farms." Currently he is working with congress to pass a federal bill. The California Farm Bureau of Imperial Valley, has endorsed a new California industrial hemp bill AB684 co–authored by Assemblyman Chuck DeVore Irvine , California Mark Leno San Fransico , California. If AB684 is passed, industrial hemp will be will be grown exclusively in 4 select California Counties, one of which is Imperial County some of the largest family vegetable farms in USA reside there.
Imperial Valley holds the world's record for tallest hemp, over 20 feet tall, according to USDA bulletin 404. Through research and current world market conditions hemp is a great crop for American farmers.
