Everyone Gets the Blues, But Not Everyone Gets the Goldy’s Baby Socks Blues

August 01, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
Children's book author, Judy Snider, wanted to put a serious author interview on her website for her children's picture book, Goldy's Baby Socks, but the urge to be zany took over. Since the humorous and heartwarming book tells about a family that adopts a cat and the fun and sleepless nights that follow, Snider decided to tell the story of the book in a blues song, dressed up as an orange “jazz cat."

Snider hoped that the video clip would make people laugh as well as learn about her book. Besides her website, it has been posted on YouTube, and the favorable comments certainly not given Snider the blues.

The book will be published in Spanish in the Fall. In the meantime, Snider is hoping her website address is spread around the world.
