(
PRLEAP.COM) RALEIGH, N.C. -An alliance of restaurants, retail shops, art galleries and other businesses in downtown Raleigh’s Moore Square Art District has partnered with The Department of Marketing for creative services to strengthen their non-profit organization and the neighborhood.
The Department of Marketing will assist the Moore Square Art District Alliance with rebranding, membership growth, community outreach and the development of new downtown events. Initial projects include a newly designed logo, an enhanced organizational identity, a discount card redeemable at area businesses and new music and food festivals in Moore Square Park.
“We are excited about this great partnership,” said George Wallace, managing partner of The Department of Marketing. “The alliance has tremendous potential, both for organizational growth and for strengthening the heart of downtown Raleigh. The Art District is filled with galleries, museums, retail shops, unique eateries and a variety of independent businesses. We’re here to help them tell their stories.”
“This partnership is the best thing that could have happened for us,” said Pete Pagano, president and co-founder of the alliance. “I am blown away by the creativity and responsiveness The Department of Marketing has already shown. Great things are ahead for this special area of downtown Raleigh.”
