WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES MISSION INTERNAL MEDICAL GROUP TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT COMPLETED

Mission Viejo, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s corporate office in Irvine, California, is proud to announce that design and construction are completed for Mission Internal Medical Group’s tenant improvement project, located at 26800 Crown Valley Parkway, Suites 100, 200, 300 in Mission Viejo, California. The Orange County office of Cushman & Wakefield, located in Irvine, California was the tenant representative of this project.

Ware Malcomb provided architectural and interior design services for 60,000 square feet of first generation tenant improvements within a five-story, 140,000 square foot Medical Office Building. The suites were designed for a variety of medical specialists, including 12 cardiologists, 4 pulmonary physicians, 2 rheumatologists, 4 endocrinologists, and 15 internal medicine physicians. The space also includes a diagnostic testing and treatment area consisting of bone density study, ultra sound, infusion therapy, pulmonary function testing and therapy, clinical laboratory, blood draw, diagnostic cardiology, and nuclear medicine.

Pacific Building Group of San Diego, California was the General Contractor on the project.
