Nigel Brown and Lisa Marie Barker are celebrating more than their nuptials this week as the newlywed pair are also partners in Superchef Secrets Ltd., an Internet based company producing specialist DVD’s.

The Lincolnshire based company today launched the first three modules in their Superchef series showing top-chef Nigel preparing dishes ranging from gourmet to quick meals for students.

Speaking from her own kitchen where all the modules were filmed Lisa said: “The inspiration for making the DVD’s came from our dinner guests who were always keen to learn how Nigel had prepared their meals.”

Classically trained Nigel, who has cooked for Nelson Mandela during a culinary career which has included many of the countries top hotels, said: “Cooking in front of the camera’s was daunting at first but I am really pleased with the films.”

Nigel added, “Maybe having had the same mentor as TV chef James Martin helped.”

To mark the launch of Superchef Secrets Ltd the company is exhibiting at the Hull Global Food Festival later this month.
