Leading law firm, Hill Dickinson, has selected Warrington-based Claremont Group Interiors to furnish over 130,000sq ft of Grade A space at its new Liverpool office in St. Paul's Square.

With a move planned by the end of 2007, the new premises will accommodate more than 500 lawyers and support staff from Hill Dickinson's four existing Liverpool sites and will provide state of the art facilities and an infrastructure to accommodate both client and staff needs.

The largest fit-out and office refurbishment company outside of London, Claremont met the client brief in successfully presenting a solution made up of a range of innovative, yet cost effective, furniture solutions that would compliment and enhance the new offices. The complete package will include the supply of workstation, filing and storage systems, task seating and loose furniture to all floors. Claremont is currently in the process of working alongside Hill Dickinson to finalise the scheme.

Mike Gardner, Managing Director of Claremont, comments:

"We are delighted to have been invited to play such a pivotal role in the transformation of this landmark development. We are looking forward to developing our partnership with Hill Dickinson and in delivering the right solution to enhance the practice's workspace provision".

Keith Feeny, Director of IT and Operations at Hill Dickinson, said:

"We wanted to ensure that our new building offered a modern and functional workplace environment for our people and provided us with exceptional facilities to enable us to meet with and further develop partnerships with our clients. Claremont demonstrated a clear understanding of our vision and strategy and has proposed a contemporary scheme that has integrated effectively with the overall build project."
