RSVP Events Holds 20th Anniversary Celebration
The event, held at Morris Cancer Clinic on Duke’s campus, featured food, music and activities contributed by various local vendors. Sharon Heath-Riley, President of RSVP Events, along with other RSVP staff members, also donated their ponytails to the Pantene Pro-V Beautiful Lengths program which provides wigs to women battling cancer.
“The event was a huge success,” said Riley. “I am so proud to be a part of RSVP’s long and successful history. I cannot thank my staff, vendors and the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program enough for helping to put on A Care Affair. I look forward to 20 more years of providing extraordinary event services and planning to our clients.”

The Duke Cancer Patient Support Program offers counseling, support groups, companionship, educational resources, and a wig and turban program to help patients and families cope with the impact of cancer on their lives.
