New CD Trains Employees to Eliminate Mistakes in the Workplace

Royal Associates’ training CD, titled, “How to Mistake-Proof Your Business” is unique in its approach to mistake-proofing. Unlike other mistake-proofing training programs, it is not only fully narrated, but is interactive as well, and provides an enjoyable and memorable training experience for the participants. Mistake-proofing, sometimes known as “Poka-Yoke,” has been an essential part of all of the quality improvement systems for many years.
