THE VOICE INTERNET LAUNCHES FREE VOICE-ACTIVATED TRAVEL CONNECTION SERVICE

(PRLEAP.COM) The Voice Internet today announced the trial of a new voice-activated travel connection service in Southern California. With this new service, busy travelers have free access to all travel related services.

Residents of Southern California can access free Travel connections beginning today by dialing The Voice Internet at 1-800-555-5555 and saying “Travel”. The program will then wait for the callers to choose the type of service (airline, hotel, car rental etc.) and then the specific company they want. At that point the system will automatically dial the number and connect the caller to their desired destination. The service is completely free to use and works from both landline and wireless phones. Callers will hear short audio ads relevant to their request before being connected directly to the business they select.

“Increasingly, our travel customers are calling The Voice Internet because they either rushing to catch a plane or they are carrying baggage and find it hard to stop to fish out a phone number from a pocket or purse,” said Robert Blaisch, President and CEO of The Voice Internet.

Blaisch continued, “We are developing The Voice Internet to be the consumer’s voice-activated resource that gives them free connections to local and nationwide businesses from any phone, 24/7. At the same time, we want to help businesses connect to consumers at key moments when they are in need of a service and are ready to make a purchasing decision.

The free service is being tested in Southern California and available by calling 1-800-555-5555 and saying “Travel” Callers outside of the test area may dial the service at 310.800.5555.
