SearchInform CD/DVD Publisher is a program set for electronic document publishers allowing you to organize full text search in data stored on CD or DVD. The tool is widely employed by publishing agencies and companies storing large volumes of text data on CD/DVD as it provides quick and high-quality full text search through information stored on CD/DVDs.
SearchInform CD/DVD Publisher consists of SearchInform Master and SearchInform CD/DVD Client. First SearchInform Master creates index files, after which SearchInform CD/DVD Client is recorded on CD/DVD together with the index. SearchInform Master corresponds to the desktop version of SearchInform search engine in indexing procedure and the number of supported file formats, while SearchInform CD/DVD Client has its search capacities.

SearchInform CD/DVD Publisher performs simple phrase search with due consideration to stemming and thesaurus as well as SearchInform’s unique search for documents with similar to the query content (where a text extract or even a whole file can act as a query).
